Senior Human Resources Generalist

Aqfer, one of the fastest growing technology companies in Central Florida is looking for an amazing candidate to join our team as we scale our business.

Role:

The Senior Human Resource Generalist will work with Aqfer’s team of skilled technology professionals and run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Department including: administering pay adjustments in our PEO’s HRIS, applying company policies and practices to meet operational and organizational goals, HR consulting, training, compliance, employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management and administration of other programs, assigned projects, and reporting while maintaining individual productivity, quality and service levels.

The person in this role will also be responsible for managing our recruiting efforts as we rapidly grow our team. In the short term this position will be a hybrid position that will also provide administrative support to our sales executives. We expect to hire a dedicated administrative assistant in the next 6 months, at which time this role will be solely focused on Human Resources and recruiting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Service, Support and Training

  • Develops positive, productive partnership with all operations and sales leadership/management and staff personnel
  • Proactively engages and effectively communicates with leadership and management personnel, inquiring about any HR related issues and service, training, or employee needs and providing ongoing support and consultation regarding all HR activities
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training including: HR policies, processes, legal requirements, best practices and anti-harassment training
  • Participates in employee performance management activities including:
    • Ensuring all annual performance reviews are conducted within scheduled timeframes
    • Ensuring company procedures regarding performance review preparation and delivery are followed
    • Reviewing all performance documentation for accuracy and thoroughness
    • Participating in any performance review meetings with employees as requested by management

Recruiting

Lead recruiting efforts including:

  • Ensuring that job descriptions are complete and posted to relevant job boards
  • Managing third-party recruiting firms and ensuring they understand the candidate requirements
  • Scheduling interviews and managing the recruitment process
  • Ensures the company post-interview questionnaires and processes are completed
  • Briefing candidates on benefits and company policies
  • Reviewing new job descriptions with our HR attorney to ensure that offer letters reflect legal requirements and whether exemptions apply

Administration and Data Entry

  • Properly executes all HR-related administrative tasks including:
    • Compensation adjustments and employee changes
    • Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
    • Ensures all employee files for staff are complete and current, and that all required data is accurately and timely entered into the PEO’s HRIS and other software
    • Develops and maintains mastery of PEO’s HRIS, inputs any required data accurately, completely, and in a timely manner, and is able to instruct others on proper use
  • Understands and follows all assigned work and data flow processes, and works effectively with personnel from other departments (i.e. Payroll) to ensure timely and accurate completion of mission critical activities.
  • Prepares and distributes any assigned reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and that all deadlines are met

Corporate Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated HR functional knowledge and skills
  • 3+ years recent Human Resources experience with generalist experience preferred
  • Must have recent experience working in the private sector with employees who are senior technology professionals, both exempt and non-exempt.

Site Reliability Engineer

Aqfer is seeking a site reliability engineer (SRE) to build and manage highly reliable data platform infrastructure and applications. Specifically, we are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with world-class engineers to develop big data solutions and deliver positive user experiences at every interaction.

Role:

Your role as Director, Revenue Operations is to own Aqfer’s data, reporting, and analytics as it pertains to revenue generation. Due to the complexity of Aqfer’s GTM and Technology and large ACV, this role is imperative to the success of sales, customer success, and marketing alike.  You will become the lynchpin across multiple functional areas. In doing so, you will be providing clarity and insight, through data, from one part of the business to another, as it relates to the enablement and systemization of Aqfer’s Revenue Engine.  This enablement  and systemization will result in more effective decision making, more successful direct and expansion sales initiatives and a more efficient revenue organization. The Director, Revenue Operations will own the Revenue Desk function, develop a cadence and process for providing leadership with necessary insights, and systematize through process, the founders vision, messaging, and prior growth success. This role reports to the CRO.

Objective:

The  Director, Revenue Operations will focus on data strategy, analytics, enablement and systemization of Aqfer’s Revenue Engine across each component of the GTM Engine (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success).  This role will work closely with the leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure the optimal growth strategies and focus are being applied to the business.  In parallel, they will work closely with various members of the senior leadership team to identify new possible strategic revenue initiatives, supported with sound data.  This role requires an individual who has the ability to work with C-Level executives, identify areas for process improvement and deliver analytics and reporting to assist in the company’s effort to upscale train across a growing sales force.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in operating medium-scale distributed systems in a cloud environment, including:

  • Experience in Kubernetes, Hadoop and Docker containers
  • Experience in CI/CD – Jenkins, Concourse tools
  • Experience in AWS Cloud and serverless technologies
  • Experience building and deploying automation using scripting/programming languages

Responsibilities:

  • Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
  • Continuous automation of operational processes

Director of Revenue Operations

The Director of Revenue Operations works with the Aqfer leadership team on strategic revenue generation initiatives. This role works closely with the CRO, along with sales, marketing and customer success leadership to provide quantitative and qualitative insights to drive strategic sales & marketing discussions.  This role will own the overall data gathering, analytics and reporting strategy. Responsibilities:

Manage sales, marketing, and CS automation technologies (e.g. each of the tasks in this section need to be performed for all sales tools such as CRM, Knowledge Management, Training and Coaching Management, Prospecting Management, and Marketing Automation

  • Prioritize and align all resources with needs.
  • Lead and gate all revenue enhancement and project requests across Revenue team leaders
  • Identify and work with power users across the Revenue team to identify and systematize success
  • Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the revenue growth initiatives across sales, marketing, and CS

Oversee ongoing Revenue Operations and revenue growth strategy improvements

  • Provide strategic insights on revenue operational issues derived from analytics and reporting
  • Initiate and lead data driven sales process discussions and generate plans for implementation in accordance with business objectives derived from analytics and reporting
  • Motivate work through the development of key sales metrics and corresponding compliance requirements
  • Manage improvement efforts across all sales-related processes (e.g. lead management, account management, opportunity management)
  • Oversee compensation plan definition, its enforcement and administration
  • Apply knowledge of business strategies to proactively anticipate business needs based on industry trends and translate into operational objectives to ensure alignment with the sales strategy

Manage and improve sales and marketing performance management systems

  • Develop and maintain audit procedures
  • Collect input data from the sales team to create/streamline sales processes and methodologies utilized by the sales team
  • Orchestrate and manage sales process infrastructure and keep processes up to date
  • Serve as the main contact for all executive sales and marketing ‘end to end funnel’ reporting
  • Perform regular and ad hoc analysis of renewal base, sales pipeline, forecasted opportunities, close rates, propensity to buy, etc.
  • Install leading indicator metrics tied to sales-specific decision-making

Establish and manage the Revenue Desk

  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across the sales and marketing organizations

  • Conduct Win-Loss Analysis quarterly and use results to drive change in sales campaign behavior
  • Assist in deal negotiation/strategy/pricing

Needed Competencies:

  • Business Intelligence – must have high level of competence and understanding of all parts of business and where Revenue operations would play a role

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Revenue Operations role
  • HubSpot: Advanced / Administrator HubSpot experience
  • Ability to present insights from both quantitative and qualitative sources to leadership team members
  • Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations with sound thinking and fact-based evidence (data, research, best practices, etc.)

This candidate will be a key member of the Aqfer Product & Services team, contributing first-hand to the success of Aqfer’s Suite of Big Data Marketing SaaS tools. Full Stack Developer

Role:

Aqfer is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer, a key role in our Client Experience department. The candidate will work within a team on various projects, such as our client portal, interactive API documentation, tooling, and creation of example applications. This developer must have experience developing various web-based applications and knowledge of all stages of software development. The role requires you to work with other departments on the various layers of our infrastructure and be a trusted teammate who we can depend on to help meet deadlines in delivering the best quality experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a team to develop highly efficient and scalable client facing applications
  • Assist in designing client-side software architecture
  • Create example applications in various programming languages
  • Implementation of interactive API documentation
  • Take part in code reviews and supporting team members with technical challenges
  • Work with data scientists and client feedback to improve software
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Contributing ideas and applying experience toward new development solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues or bugs reported by QA or clients
  • Occasional real-time client support

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 2-5 years experience with front end languages, frameworks, and technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, etc.)
  • 2-5 years experience with back end languages (PHP, C#, Java, Node.js) and OOP (Object Oriented Programming)
  • A programming polyglot, able to move between different programming languages or learn new ones quickly.
  • Experience with UX/UI implementation, improving application usability, and device responsiveness
  • Familiarity with both relational (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and experience implementing them
  • Experience with cloud providers (Preferably AWS) and serverless technologies
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, startup, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies
